AH-6 Little Bird - Concept Workup From A Study For Australian Army/SF Deployment.

This artwork from 2016, presented as a ‘farewell’ gift by the company to colleague Peter Newington (name used with permission). Pete had an amazing array of stories to tell, having flown this platform (under a different flag) for two tours.

The two AH-6 “Little Birds” depicted here are ‘painted’ in conceptual Aussie camo, streaking along just above the grass using terrain and foliage as cover. The style of render/finish especially for the background is a bit “painterly.”

You can see the broken glass in the photo of the framed render … “authentic battle damage” ... I’m stealing that line from Kungfu Panda ;-)
