HUNTER CLASS, FUTURE RAN FFG …

This artwork presented to Jeremy Baumgarten by the company in acknowledgment of his time with us in the SAL.

Jeremy asked for the “04” pennant number… "I don’t know what the numbers of the hunter will be - but Darwin - the last 04 was a ship both my dad and I served on."

Anticipated to come into service early 2030s, BAE System’s Type 26 frigate “will be one of the most advanced anti-submarine warships in the world. The six Hunter Class frigates will be built in Australia … at the Osborne Naval Shipyard in South Australia.”

The “FARE THEE WELL” Series - Over 2024-25 I reached out to a number of people who, over the years, have been in receipt of “farewell” artwork I was tasked with creating. Given that I’ve now ‘retired’, I’m able to showcase that work via their photos without any questions being asked.
